Description of my issue:
Trying to use the site transfer wizard to transfer the site from my test server (1and1) to client's server (GoDaddy). After filling in all the information and pressing next all I get is a 403 error. How do I know where to begin to troubleshoot why it won't work? I tried in FF & IE and got the same 403 error.

What are my next steps?

Thanks,
Jennifer
