Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.
Description of my issue:
We have installed your products on several sites and have only had a few minor issues. You have always given us a rapid response!
I'm not sure if this issue is from your product or not, but I cannot install Akeeba Backup Pro. I was able to install AdminTools just fine.
As I said, we are moving several sites from one host to another and have only had a few minor issues. This time I get this error when trying to install Akeeba Backup Pro:
"-1 - An error has occurred.
Unable to create target folder"
And then I have to hit the back button to get back to the administrator screen. Again, I installed AdminTools just fine and even upgraded the site from 1.5.25 to 1.5.26.
I have done some searching, but haven't found anything specific.
