Joomla! version: 1.15.25
PHP version: 5.3.3-7+squeeze3
MySQL version: 5.1.49
Host: www.gsvTT.de
Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I have installed the new Akeeba Pro over an existing free Version. Then I have configured the AkeebaPro component with the option "System Restore Point" und have made my first backup. All was done with no error messages. Unfortunately now I can't use "Extension" > "Install/Deinstall" Option. I get the message:
500 - Error - Unknown controller installer .

I have found following hint :
If you get a blank page or an error message (e.g. a 500 - An error has occurred page with something like Unknown controller installer underneath) you will need to do one more step before reinstalling Akeeba Backup. Go to Extensions, Plugin Manager, find the System - System Restore Points plugin and disable it. Then retry installing Akeeba Backup.

But in my Plugin-Manager I don't find any "System - System Restore Points"-Plugin. Please help me.

Greetings
Alfred

Since you have Akeeba Backup Professional installed, that plugin is definitely there, even if you can't spot it. You just have to go the plugin manager, type "restore" in the search box and press the Enter key on your keyboard. It should pop right there.

If you still can't find the plugin, please specify the exact Joomla! version you are using "1.15.25" is not a Joomla! version and I'm not sure if you meant to write "1.5.25" or "2.5.1". These are both valid Joomla! versions, but the alternative instructions for manually disabling the plugin are completely different in each case.

Thank you of the fast answer ! Of course you are right ! I have found the plugin now and it is disabled. My Joomla Version is 1.5.25 . But what is the problem with the plugin ? I want to use it. I try remove the component and install it again. I hope it will work after this.

The problem is not with the plugin, it's with the component. Namely, with a partial installation of the component which causes it to crash. Just install Akeeba Backup Professional 3.4.3 on top of your existing installation. It should fix the problems you have.
