Akeeba Backup version: (pro 3.4.3)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Failing to upload to SYNCBackup
Have tried on J1.5 and 2.5
file sizes attempted from 1 meg - 20meg.

There seems to be a firewall on your server which prevents you from connecting to SYNCbackup over FTP. Please ask your host to open port 21 for the IP belonging to the SYNCbackup domain you are connecting to so that Akeeba Backup can connect to SYNCbackup.

If that doesn't work, try disabling the "Use FTP over SSL" option and make sure the "Use passive mode" option is enabled in your configuration.

yes I had configserver firewall installed on top of the standard apache firewall.
Whilst port 21 was enabled in IPV4 it wasn't on IPv6
Opened up in IPv6 and functions perfectly now :)
