Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes. STopped AVG File Check, stopped AVG firewall... rebooted. Nothing happens
Have I searched the tickets before posting? A few
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? NO
Joomla! version: 2.5.1
PHP version: 5.2
MySQL version: 5.0
Host: GOdaddy
Akeeba Backup version: 3.2

Description of my issue:

I cannot backup my website.
The file says there is a problem with the backend. Here goes the log.

Inside your administrator/backups directory you have some very big files. Please exclude the directory or remove those files and take a new backup.

If the new backup still doesn't work, please ZIP and attach the new backup log file.

Ok, the backups are all erased. Still cannot backup the site. Here is the log.

That's a different issue. Go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and set the following:
- Minimum execution time: 1 second
- Maximum execution time: 15 seconds
- Runtime bias: 60%
It should now work. If it doesn't, you know the drill: ZIP and attach the new log file.
