Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: 1.5.23
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

We are using the Akeeba Backup Pr v. 3.4.3 on 6 websites for 1 client. All of the sites are hosted with the same provider. On one particular site the Front-end Cron job backup is failing.

We have 3 different profiles for each site. We are backing up the Databases and Site files. The other 5 sites work just fine and all of them are set up exactly the same.

The problem site had an old version of Joomlapack installed. We installed Akeeba and successfully ran a backup from the back end. I saw the joomlapack/backup folder being backed up and realized it was still on there. I uninstalled Joomlapack. Later, I tried to use the Cron job to do a backup and it failed on all 3 profiles. On a whim, I uninstalled Akeeba and re-installed it now that Joomlapack is gone. Still having the same issue. Again, all backups work fine from the back end, but none of the Cron jobs work. Again they are setup exactly the same on the same hosting server...

I have attached a log, but it is from back end backups.

Thanks for ANY assistance. Great product by the way!

You have attached the Backend backup log file. This is the log file from the backup you took from your back-end. If there is no Frontend log file (it's not listed in the Origin dropdown) then the backup is not firing at all. In this case I want you to tell me if you're using sh404SEF, AceSEF or any other SEF extension and, if so, which one.

we are using sh404SEF on the site...

Thanks for the fast response

Very old versions of sh404SEF (from over a year ago) would do that. In newer versions you can tell sh404SEF to use the Joomla! router for Akeeba Backup and this problem should not occur.
