Description of my issue:

Hi Akeeba,

I am trying to backup my offline dev site to upload and go live but my backup process keeps getting stuck at 25% and on the same entry of the same database table.

I've tried repair and optimize in admin tools, in case it was the table itself but it didn't work.

I've also tried excluding the database table but it still tries to back it up.

I've also tried reinstalling akeeba backup but it's still jumping to 25% and then sticking there, with the server response ticking up to 2sec then down to zero then repeating over and over.

I've attached my log file.

I have used Akeeba Back-up to move offline to on-ine 100's of times and this is the first problem I've ever had.

Please help!

Go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration and set the following:
- Minimum execution time: 0.5 seconds
- Maximum execution time: 14 seconds
- Runtime bias: 75%
and retry backing up. If that still doesn't work, please ZIP and attach the new backup log file.

I think I know what's going on, you have a stuck memory file. Please go to your backup output directory (default: administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup) and remove all akeeba.*.php and akeeba.*.log files. Then retry backing up. If that still fails, please attach the new log.
