I get timeout when doing backup. I have tried JPA format and also ZIP format.
See attached log file.Sorry, I was not able to answer the ticket. I always get "Not authorized" when I try to reply to the ticket.

You still have a timeout issue:
ERROR |120328 17:21:15|Akeeba Engine has timed out

ERROR |120328 17:21:15|Akeeba Backup has timed out. Please read the documentation.

Have you tried changing the configuration parameters in Akeeba Backup's Configuration? If not, try these:
- Minimum execution time: 1 second
- Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
- Runtime bias: 50%

Please note that when replying to a ticket you should not include any PHP files in your attachments (or ZIP files containing PHP files) as they will be rejected by our site and throw a Not Authorised error.

Thanks! This last suggestion changing minimum, maximum execution time and runtime bias worked fine. My backup contains several other databases and sitefolders that are not for the Joomla site and everything is backed up now.
