Akeeba Backup version: 3.3.10

Description of my issue:

I have just restored my site using Akeeba backup. Noticed that there was an update available.

When trying to update from 3.3.10 to 3.4.3 received the following error messages:

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home/solaouk1/public_html/adriangrscott.com/tmp/com_akeeba_update

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

Any clues?

TIA

Hello David,

First, please make sure that the "System - System Restore Points" plugin is disabled, as it was buggy in the version you have currently installed and will interfere with the update. Then please follow our Download ID and update instructions.

Thanks. I took the download ID to be my user ID from the Akeeba login. Sorted now.

Cheers
