Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: 2.5
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.0.91-log
Host: www.1und1.de
Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
+ Upgraded from 3.4.1 to 3.4.3, never had problems before.
+ On backup: AJAX Loading Error/HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)/Internal status: error/XHR ReadyState: 4/Raw server response:
+ checked php version, memory_limit = 90MB, max_execution_time=50000
+ did reinstall 3.4.3, run conf wizard
+ did clear caches
+ checked log file: can't see anything

!!! I bought the 8 day access, but got a message after login that your 4 days out of town. So please increase subscription timeout by 4 days :-) !!!

I put on the notification because I have very limited time and connectivity here, but I try to reply to urgencies :)

In your case, the solution is simple. Please go to Files and Directories Exclusion and exclude the contents of the t3-assets directory in your site's root (the second button from the left). That directory is essentially a cache directory and needn't be backed up. If you try to back it up, you either hit the CPU usage limit of your host, or run out of disk space.
