Description of my issue: I was testing to rebuild my website and database on a lokal server using kickstart. The files were all rebuilt correctly, however, there was a problem with the database. Rebuilding the database did stop with an error about a duplicate primary key. Then I exported the SQL database manually by using phpMyadmin and created a copy of it on my local server and everything worked fine. However, as the "all inclusive" backup is one of the key features of akeeba backup, I would like to be able to use it as such, without having to manually backup my database.

So now I am confused if I can trust my akeeba backups in case of an emergency. Do you have any idea how I can fix the issue?

This is a problem with this particular RocketTheme plugin, which is part of their Mission Control backend template. The only workaround is to exclude that table's contents from the backup. Go to Akeeba Backup, Database Table Exclusion, find the #__rokadminaudit table and click the second button from the left ("Do not backup its contents") so that it turns yellow. New backups will skip the data of this table and will work correctly.
