Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: (2.5.3)
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.56
Host: (www.jumba.com.au)
Akeeba Backup version: (3.4.2)

Description of my issue:
Dropbox is setup as mentioned in the documentation & I have authenticated to it.
Akeebabackup is named as an app in dropbox.

When I do a backup nothing transfers to dropbox. I am doing a full backup and the size of the backup does not reach 30mb.

According to the posts below there are no known issues so it is more than likely a mistake on my part but just cannot figure it out.

According to the log file, it took it two minutes to transfer the 23834977 bytes backup archive to Dropbox and then remove it from your server:

The upload speed of a little over 10Mb/sec is consistent with what I typically see on most live sites. Are you sure the file is not uploaded? Have you double checked the directory you told Akeeba Backup to upload the file and made sure it exists in your Dropbox?

The folder on dropbox folder is definitely empty.
I tried a different folder & that has made no difference either.

Also when I go to "administer backup files" and select "manage remotely stored files" it says:

Sorry, the currently selected engine does not support downloading remotely stored files to your PC or you have already deleted the files from the remote server.

If I select - Fetch back to server I get this:

Failed deleting site-www.creydall.com.au-20120321-115705.jpa
Could not download file. The error was: This method only supports the `php` response format

There is no local copy of the file, which means that even though it has backed up, it seems to disappear into thin air.

OK, that's very strange. The Dropbox API doesn't return an error. Please try using / (a single forward slash) as your Dropbox directory. Normally, you should see the files uploaded to your Dropbox root. Does that work?

Yep that worked, I was mistakenly using the link that Dropbox creates for the folder instead of just the directory structure.

All working well now thanks.
