Description of my issue:
Hello Nicholas, is there going to be a workaround for the issue we have been mailing before?
For your ref, I included the conversation:

while I was playing around with the variables one can put into the notification mail I noticed when an online backup is performed (Dropbox, Box.net) no filelist is created for the notification mail.
Probably because at the moment this list is being generated the local backup files allready have been deleted?"

This is correct. If the files are deleted after being uploaded to the remote storage (default option), the file list is empty, because there are no files on your server.
