EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I would contact you again because I can not use the system restore point.

Indeed, after following the procedure in the documentation, I do not see the button "Roll Back".

Click on the Restore Points right below the page's title. If the restore points listed there do not have this button, it means that the backup files of those restore points have been deleted. Please noted as per the documentation there is a default (and configurable) quota of 10MB for restore points. If your restore points take up more space than that, older restore points are automaticlly deleted and, of course, not available for restoration (roll back).
