Admin Tools 2.2.0 is only compatible with Joomla! 1.5 and 2.5. Joomla! 1.6 and 1.7 are not supported for use with Admin Tools, as per our release announcement.
Moreover, please note that security vulnerabilities have been discovered in all Joomla! 1.6 and 1.7 releases, making then unsuitable for live sites. Due to the nature of these vulnerabilities, even if you have Admin Tools installed on those sites, it is still possible that your site might be compromised. Please upgrade to Joomla! 2.5 as soon as possible.
