Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? No
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes
Joomla! version: 2.5.1
PHP version: 5.3.10
MySQL version: 5.1.49-3-log
Host: OVH France
Akeeba Backup version: 3.3.13

Description of my issue:
My backup finishes with the following error message:
AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 0 (error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 0
Raw server response:
As my backup worked perfectecly before I installed Easyblog and Module Anywhere extensions, I disabled them and then restart the backup but It didn't fix anything.
I'm even more surprised about that error message because a backup is created in the backup/ directory and even in Dropbox.

So I've followed the step-by-step instruction of the trouble shooting page.
Everything was OK except with the URL check:
http://www.yoursite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=browser&format=raw&processfolder=1&folder=%5BSITEROOT%5D
where I had the following message "500 - an error has occured"
But I had read in the forum that I should ignore this message.

Do you have any idea ?

Please ZIP and attach your backup log file. Without it I have to guess and I'm very bad at guessing :)

Sorry, I forgot it !

The only thing I see is that transferring your backup archive to DropBox takes 62 seconds, which is a very long time. I would suggest setting the part size for split archives to something between 5 and 10Mb and retry backing up.
