Just install 3.3.13(Stable) core

— I was thinking that Lazy Sheduling plugin was out of the core?

Come on, say it, you didn't read the documentation despite what the plugin's description reads, right? As I am writing there
Use this plugin at your own risk. We regret to inform you that we can not offer any support for any problems caused by using this plugin. That's right. We recommend you NOT TO USE this plugin. There's a high chance it will cause problems. You have been warned.

The only reason it's there is that some people insisted on using it. They were using an old version of the plugin with a new version of Akeeba Backup (even though it was never supposed to work) and then blamed me for publishing broken software. Very stupid, I know, but the only way to make them shut up was to actually do publish broken software with a clear warning that it's broken and WHY it's broken. Now everybody's happy. For the life of me, I have no idea why people feel happy with this solution. If it floats their boat...

I see, If you say people should not use that software you probably have a good reason. I will uninstall it — Should I have to do that every time I upgrade Akeeba Backup?

You don't have to uninstall it, just don't enable the plugin.
