EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
updates to software do not work...this is error
AJAX Loading Error

HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)

As noted in our release notes, you have to disable the "System - System Restore Points" plugin before updating. This feature was broken in 3.3.12 and is exactly what prompted me to release 3.3.13. After the update is complete, go to Extensions, Akeeba Backup, check the first two boxes and click on Save. Thank you!
