Description of my issue:
I'm having an issue with the backup routine throwing this error:
Error Message
The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:
AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
From that page, I click on the Troubleshooting wizard to begin to diagnose the error. That takes me to this page:
https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/abbackup.html
On this page, I'm instructed to log into the admin area and enter the following URL to determine if it could be a plugin:
http://www.yoursite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=browser&format=raw&processfolder=1&folder=%5BSITEROOT%5D OR
http://www.cmijuicynews.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=browser&format=raw&processfolder=1&folder=%5BSITEROOT%5D
I do this and get the following error:
500 - An error has occurred.
View not found [name, type, prefix]: browser, raw, akeebaView
At first, I thought "ah ha! now, i'm onto something". However, I was curious as to what a successful message looked like, and I entered that command into 2 other websites with working Akeeba backup solutions, and I get the same error. So, I'm thinking my syntax on that command may be wrong. I need to get Step 1 to resolve so I can proceed down this rabbit hole, so to speak.
Also, I've looked at a couple of other threads on this, and the thing that stands out is that there are a number of solutions regarding permissions, and they are addressed using the LINUX vernacular. Unfortunately(?), this site is in an Microsoft environment (dedicated) running IIS and the permissions nomenclature is different. I'm wondering if there's something in there that could be the problem?
The zip file contains 3 files: the Akeeba log file, the php info, and the php settings, just in case.
Thanks,
Gene Crawford
