How to enable download from browser in the wordpress.I need it for the user as the user doesnot has the ftp details, and is the administrator in Wordpress.

It tells you what to do when you try to download a file through the browser. There's a toggle in System Configuration.

However, if you have enabled WordPress' debug mode (WP_DEBUG), or your PHP's display_errors option is set to 1 you will not be able to download backup archives through the browser since these settings will result in a corrupt backup archive. The best thing you can do in this case is set up the backup profile to upload to remote storage. After the backup is complete, you can connect to the remote storage from your own computer and download the backup archive.
