Hello Team, 

 

Hope you are doing very well. So we are trying to restore one backup on this website: https://qfmarkets-staging.cloudaccess.host/ upload the files and kickstart file

But we are trying to run the process it's stuck. Nothing working no progress.

In this case what should we do? And what info do you need additionally?

I just connected to your website and kickstart didn't detect any archive. Are you sure you uploaded them?

Yes I am 100% sure, Our website Id is also visible and you see on our httpdocs file we uploaded the files.
