Hi - Im using Akeeba backup on a WP multisite install, comprising 1 top site and 15 sub-sites.

The client is a School Authority (top site) with 15 schools (sub-sites). Akeeba is installed under the Network Admin.

Under the Akeeba dashboard and the top site dashboard everything appears to be working as expected and the top site dashboard shows a successful result (attached - success.jpg)

However, on all the 15 sub-site dashboards there is an error displayed (attached - error.jpg) so I am concerned that Akeeba is only backing up the top site and not including the 15 sub-sites in the back up process.

Can you please advise if the sub-sites are being backed up and if no, what additional configuration is required to achieve this objective.

Thanks in advance

Darren

Hello,

the attachment weren't uploaded, most likely they are too large. Can you please upload them somewhere and paste here the share link?

Hi - Thanks for the reply. I've tried to upload again. The backup log is 604k and the two image are 16k and 25k, so there shouldn't be a size issue. If this still doesn't work ill find an alternative way. Thank you.

mhm... that error message is not very helpful... Can you please briefly enable WordPress debug so we can see the full output of it?
