Did you move to a new server or you simply restored a previous backup? I suspect the theme somehow hardcoded the full path, so if you move to a new server (which has a different filesystem path) the file is not found since it's looking for the old location. Can you please share your backup? Can you upload it somewhere and paste here the share link?

Ok this is what I was suspecting. Please get inside your theme folder and remove the style.less.cache file. Then take a look at the bootstrap/less folder and remove any files that are ending with the .cache extension.

Then reload your page, that should fix your issue.

Can you please turn on the debug inside the wp-config.php file? What's the error reported?

Those are deprecation notices, it means the the plugin is using a syntax that is not currently supported by your PHP version and it will be removed in the future. Please double check that you are using the same PHP version on both servers (old and new). You can try to update the theme to check if they fixed the issue in one of the newer versions, otherwise you should report it to the developers of the extension.
