Your last purchase with us was on June 4th, 2021. That's over a year ago. The Akeeba Backup for WordPress subscription your purchased has indeed become suspended since June 5th, 2022 as you have not renewed it yet.
Please note that they payment you are referencing is not for a subscription to Akeeba Ltd. These purchases appear on your credit card as “PADDLE.NET* AKEEBA”. Do note that Paddle is a reseller for several hundreds of companies. The part after the star tells you which merchant Paddle has collected a payment for. The payment you reference and which appears as “PADDLE.NET* TENORSHAR9” seems to be for a completely unrelated company. If you are unsure, go to https://paddle.net and you can get your transaction details using your email address, amount and transaction date. It will let you access the relevant invoice so you can see it's not for a subscription to our service. My best guess is that this is for TenorShare, a completely unrelated company and service to ours.
You still need to renew your subscription. You have until July 4th 13:48 EEST to do so with a discount. Beyond that date and time you will have to pay full price to repurchase an Akeeba Backup for WordPress subscription.
