Good morning team,

On several sites when I click back-up now button I see a blank screen. I have to go back in the browser, click again, sometimes repeat this process and then the back-up starts.

All the sites are still on a php 7.3 server. Could that be the cause of the problem?

Thanks!
Damiaan.

Hello,

can you please enable WordPress debug, to better understand the error message?

If you logout from WordPress and login again, does it fix the issue?

Hi Davide,

I've tried several sites and when I found a site which gave the white screen I've enabled debug.
But then of course the back-up went o.k. ;)
When I find a error message I will update the ticket.

Ok, thank you!

I suspect something bad happens to the data stored inside your session, so when you logout (or it expires), it resets by itself, fixing the issue.

Let me know if that happens again.
