These are two different things.
The CloudFlare RocketLoader warning is one thing. We detect its presence in front of your server and issue a message about CloudFlare RocketLoader screwing up the load order of scripts which will cause the plugin to fail (since the JavaScript we load in the head of the page, therefore loaded before the page itself renders, is actually not loaded). This message would apply to the entire site since you cannot disable RocketLoader for just a single browser.
The ad blocker warning is an entirely different thing, added in 2.3.0. We try an ad blocker running on your browser. Ad blockers do more than blocking ads. They actively remove JavaScript code which handles clicks on page elements. This means that in some cases using an ad blocker would make the toolbar or the control panel buttons of our plugin unresponsive due to no fault of ours. We therefore issue the very clear message you see on your screen asking you to disable the ad blocker on your browser. This message would apply to your specific browser, not the entire site.
As you understand we do not have control of your browser. So I am not sure what exactly you want us to do except reiterate what the message on your screen reads. Please ask the developer of your ad blocker about the best way to disable it for your own site.
