In the Backend from Managed Backups there is no Quickinfo for the Description/Comment by Mouseover.
With version 2.04 it works great. Now it don`t works.

I can confirm that this is a CSS issue affecting only Akeeba Backup for WordPress. I am working on a fix today which will be included in the next release.

Please note that on top of the issue you observed the same CSS problem also affects the tooltips in the Configuration page and the other tooltips on the Manage Backups page.
