Hi

I have a question about restores. I'm restoring websites to my test server (using a backup taken from my live server). During the checks I get a couple of warnings on the recommended setting, one of which I'm trying to fix (I don't think I actually need it but...)

Highlighted is SFTP (ssh2) support - recommended on, current off

I'm using Apache running on Windows 10

The only place I can find any documentation is here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15134421/php-install-ssh2-on-windows-machine and I've got through the steps listed by akashBhardwaj (near the bottom) but still get the warning. I just wondered if you knew how to fix this

Thanks

Hello Trevor,

ssh2 support is requested by Akeeba Backup only if you want to transfer your archive to a remote server using SFTP.
If you don't have such need, you can safely ignore the warning.

I thought it might be something like that but I thought I'd try and get rid of the warning. I'll leave it. Thanks for your help
