I suppose you're looking for your Download ID. For concise instructions on how to enter the Download ID please consult the Akeeba Backup for WordPress Download ID page.

IMPORTANT: If you have Akeeba Backup CORE installed you will NOT be able to enter your Download ID. This is expected. You need to first upgrade to Akeeba Backup Professional per the documentation instructions. If you don't like reading we've made a video tutorial for you.

Thanks Nicholas, The problem is this:
I have a subscription and akeeba professional installed,
Therefore I should be able to insert a download id

But as i insert my id in wordpress / akeeba / system configuration, I got a blank page and the downloadID will not be inserted.

Please make sure that you have PHP 5.3.4 or later (e.g. 5.3.10, 5.4.28, 5.5.10 and so on).

If you have an up to date version of PHP please try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, in case you missed some files.

A white page or a page with a 500 Internal Server Error is, in fact, a PHP fatal error in disguise – one which is most likely caused by a third party plugin or your server not meeting the minimum requirements (e.g. very low memory limit).

Open your site's wp-config.php file in a plain text editor, such as Notepad. The file is located in the root of your site, alongside WordPress' index.php file. Find this line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);

and change it to read:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);

(that is, replace false with true). This will enable verbose error reporting. Now retry visiting Akeeba Backup's page. It should display an error message. I want you to copy it here.
