I've already identified the problem and fixed it. The problem is that we can't go back and work around it for past versions of the software. You can download the ZIP file of the new version of Akeeba Backup for WordPress, extract it, then upload all extracted files to your site's wp-content/plugins/akeebabackuppro (or whatever the directory of your Akeeba Backup for WordPress installation is called). Then log in to your site's wp-admin and click on the Akeeba Backup icon in the sidebar. If you get a blank page, reload the page.
