I have installed the akeeba wordpress backup plugin in wordpress. Upload the the files in folder 'akeebabackupwp'.
After this I activated the plugin. Then I click on the left sidebar 'Akeeba Backup' and then I didn't see the Plugin configuration possibilities or manage backup. The sidebar from wordpress and topmenu is working and I see it. Screenshot attached.

I have changed the php Version from 5.3.28 to 5.5.11, but nothing is happend. I tried to upload the files again with nor sucess.

What can I do?

The DevVersion is working. I installed the zip File over the WP Backend.
