Hi guys,

Joomla Site Name: "507 Panamá"
Akkeba Backup Pro > Configuration > Backup Archive Name: [DATE]-[TIME]-[SITENAME]

Backup saved on Dropbox as: 20180516-172230-.jpa

The SITENAME is missing.
For few days I cannot do tests, maybe for the accent on the "á" in the Site Name ?!?

Hello,

yes, the problem is caused by the accent on your site name. It seems that PHP doesn't like it.
We'll try to find a workaround for that, in the meantime can you please try to hardcode the site name inside the archiver name? Please avoid using any spaces/accents, otherwise in some platforms (for example Windows) you won't be able to download the file since the operative system doesn't accept it.

Hi (Ciao) Davide,
many thanks for support.

I'm running on "PHP Built on": Linux "...server.com" 2.6.32-896.16.1.lve1.4.53.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Sun Feb 18 08:20:42 EST 2018

"Try to hardcode the site name inside the archiver name?": Do you mean directly in the DB through phpMyAdmin ?
Can you give me instructions on which table ?
I'm on Linux, Can I use "space" at least ?

There's a easier way to do that: get inside the configuration page and search for the field Backup archive name.
There put the following string: [DATE]-[TIME]-panama

And you're good to go (yes, you can use a space)
