Description of my issue:
I cannot access access my Facebook App, It shows 403. It considers it as an attack. How to solve this problem?

But still following email:
Reason: Bad Behaviour (Referer did not point to a form on this site)

Please disable Bad Behaviour. Facebook is trying to use a POST to your site (instead of the correct GET), causing its access to be considered an attack.

As I said: Please disable Bad Behaviour integration.

Go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, configure WAF and unchecked the Bad Behaviour integration checkbox.

Thanks for your suggestion but I could not turn bad behavior off because too many attacks are happening on my website. Facebook is not more important than my whole website. What you suggest in this situation?

My second problem as following:
Please, look here
https://globaljournals.org/GJCST/computer-science/menu-id-1246/

After I enabled administrator directory password (apache one), it is asking for password on many links on my frontend also. I don’t know why this is so.

Example is attached.

The Bad Behaviour integration is very eager to mark requests as attacks. It doesn't mean that it's always right. IMHO, you can safely turn it off as long as you have all the other protections (including a .htaccess Maker generated .htaccess file) on your site.

Regarding the second issue, please read this: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atadminpw.html (look under the "I enabled this feature and now the front-end of my site asks me for a username and password?!" heading).
