Hi Johnny,

Can you please give me a URL where this problems occurs so that I can check if this is due to .htaccess Maker restrictions and give you an accurate solution?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Johnny,

Please go to Components, Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker and expand the "Server Protection" slider. In the "Front-end file types allowed in selected directories" add JPG (all capital letters) to the list. Click on "Save and apply .htaccess". The issue should now be resolved.

Thanks, all working :)

I have another issue, installed on a site with whmcs and an ssl certificate - now cannot access whmcs front-end, through any of the links on the site and all of the links within whmcs backend are also showing a 404 ?

Thank you, by the way loving the product :)

When I click the "Client Area" I am taken to WHMCS, however I can not access its sub-pages. Fear not! The solution is trivial :)

Go to Components, Admin Tools, .htaccess Maker, expand the "Server Security" pane and add the following to "Allow direct access, including .php files, to these directories":
clients

Click on "Save and create .htaccess" and the issue, once again, should have gone away ;)

Beautiful! Thank you

I have been getting many blocked IP's from China - Is this normal? What are they trying to do? I have just banned the whole country - like this feature a lot!

Thanks for a great product and great value and great support :)

Hi Johnny!

Many blocked IPs from China? Hardly abnormal :) Most hacking attacks originate from servers located in China, simply because it's easier to set up malicious servers there without great fear of repercussions (I've hardly ever heard of the Chinese sharing information about server ownership with the western world). So, no, don't worry. It's business as usual.

You're welcome! I am glad I could help :)
