Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I searched the forum before posting? No
Have I read the Troubleshooting Wizard before posting? No
Have I read the documentation before posting? Yes
Joomla! version: 1.5.23
PHP version: 5.3
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host:
Admin Tools Professional version: 2.0.5

Description of my issue:

I was wondering if there is a way to list those IP that have been auto-banned? I see the SITE IP Blacklist, but that only shows those IP's that I have manually banned.

I would like to be able to review the auto-banned IP's in order to decide if I want to take the extra step in permanently banning them using the WAF.

And yes, I know that I can see them in the DB. Am I missing something in my configuration?

Thanks for your help.

This feature was added in the developer's release last week and will make it into Admin Tools Professional 2.1. Pending some final work and testing, I assume that we'll be able to ship version 2.1 this week.

Today I installed the AT Pro version 2.1.1 and I see the Auto Ban manager. Thanks :) As soon as I click on the Reset button next to the search field I get the message: No IP is currently being automatically blocked

However looking in the database, the IP addresses are there. Logging out from the J! admin and logging back in shows me the list of IP addresses also.

The same happens when I click the Go button to search for an IP address.

Using J 1.5.23

There's a (stupid!) limitation in the Joomla! API: you have to go to Page 1 before modifying any filters. Otherwise, if the page count is different with the new filters, Joomla! will report that there are no records.

Edit: I forgot to say that when you log out and then back in, the filter state is reset, that's why you see all records again. That alone could be reason enough for me to rewrite Admin Tools using the Nooku Framework in due time.

Hey Nicholas,

I am unfortunately very familiar with the paging issue in J!. It seems not to be the case here. See the following scenario:
1. Login to the backend
2. Go to Admin Tools Pro
3. Click Auto IP Blocking Administration (you arrive at page 1)
4. Click Reset button
5. Now you see the no records message

I just uploaded a new dev release which should solve this issue. It looks like I had mistyped "id" instead of "ip".
