hey nico,
quick one re htaccess on new 204.
what seems to happen is that once updated (nice to see curl is fixed, good work, how much hair did you lose?) prior to saving the htaccess maker for the first time, custom settings from previous version appear to be fine. Once saved and new file is created, htaccess maker settings and file indeed save and revert back to default settings without original custom rules.
So the lesson here is that before you update
1. open your old htaccess maker in new window and leave open
2. update to at 204, and save new htaccess file which will appear to be correct
3. once saved go back into htaccess maker and realise the file went back and saved the default config.
4. but that ok. copy paste rules from you original htaccess maker in the separate window you have open.
just thought i would post, saving those who dont double check time as rewriting custom rules especially if you have several sites can be time consuming.
