Hi there, I am a newbie to Admin tools, so please have patience with me and don't delete my account if this is in the wrong place. I tried searching for a similar question but didn't find anything.

I am using authorize.net credit card payment processor and trying to be as careful as I can be regarding site security. I noticed some .htaccess suggestions from them on http://bit.ly/eXifst.

Can you comment on their suggestions?

Relying on the browser as your sole means of protection against hackers is like trusting a wolf watching over your sheep ;) All of those headers can be very easily spoofed and provide little to no protection. That's why we have implemented similar filters on the server side in Admin Tools Professional.
