I'm not sure which feature you're referring to as Admin Lock. I can imagine two different features, the secret query string and the administrator password protection.
I don't think it's the latter, as you have already removed the .htaccess file. Assuming that it's the former, please follow the standard and documented procedure:
- Using FTP, rename plugins/system/admintools/main.php to main.old.php
- Log in to the back-end of your site.
- Go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, WAF Config and disable the feature that caused you trouble.
- Logout from the back-end.
- Rename main.old.php to main.php and retry logging in. It should now work.
