According to my subscription I was to get acces to download the pro version of admin tools, But I can only get access to the free version. Have I missed something somewhere.

No, you are subscribed to AKEEBAPRO which gives you access to Akeeba Backup Professional, but doesn't allow you to access Admin Tools Professional. You can either buy an ATPRO subscription (it's independent to your existing AKEEBAPRO subscription, so you won't loose access to Akeeba Backup Professional) or we can arrange for an upgrade to AKEEBADELUXE if you also need private ticket support.
