Hi,

It seems as though every time I upgrade ATPRO it doesn;t remember the changes I've made to the settings in the '.htaccess maker' have to go through and change all the settings again. The actual .htaccess is not changed but if I wanted to add something new it would remove all my previous settings if I don;t go through and re-apply all the original ones.

Is this a bug or a featuer? It would be good for these settings to remain when the application is upgraded.

Cheers,

Dave

It's certainly not a feature! I can't replicate it either. Are you by any chance uninstalling the old version before installing the new one?

Hi,

I use the automatic update feature within ATPRO itself to upgrade it.

Cheers,

OK, this is not normal. All parameters are saved in the component's configuration (as a field in Joomla!'s akb_components table). However, there was a change from version 1.0 to 1.0.1 regarding the custom .htaccess sections. Upgrading from 1.0 to 1.0.1 could reset the .htaccess Maker sections, but the rest of the component's settings should be intact. Was that the case here?
