Joomla! Day Denmark was a blast! I had a great time there :)
Regarding your site, you may also have to give access to the image loader plugin's directory itself. Most such plugins use their own Javascript which is placed inside their own directory. The easiest, by far, way to figure out what needs explicit permission is using FireFox with FireBug to load the affected page of your site. Make sure the Net tab is enabled and you have clicked on the "All" sub-tab. If nothing appears there, shift-refresh the page. Whatever you see in red is load errors. Next to them there is an HTTP status code. Look for the lines in red with a status of 403 Forbidden. Hover your mouse over the filename of the file which didn't load and it will give you the full path. Now you know what you have to explicitly allow for the image loader to work ;)
