Please explain how the heck I am able to download the product as ordered (see your confirmation above). Your personal message system stinks, I can't get my message accross to you. 'No user' as error message, although registered as user. Very complicated I must say, therefore, please help me.

In any case, please read through the text in our subscription page. If you are not subscribing to the SUPPORT or AKEEBADELUXE levels you don't have access to the Ticket System, only to the forum. You say it stinks because it won't let you log in to it, as it is supposed to do :)

Also, posting on the forum or emailing me is adequate. Doing both is an overkill. After all, all you had to do is log in and click on the Downloads ;)
