While trying to implement some of the changes new in version 7.7.1, I ran across an error in Hardening Options > Email this address on monitored configuration change. Thee inline help says to separate email with a comma (,) but that gives the error. If I separate the email addresses with a comma-space (, ) combination then it works. Is this a bug?

It is a bug. We added support for multiple email addresses but forgot to add multiple="true" in some of the form fields handling email addresses. This will be addressed in the next release. Meanwhile, you can safely use a comma and space to separate the email addresses; it is handled correctly when emails are being sent.
