I have setup Admin Tools – Session table repair & optimise (once every day) and Admin Tools – Clean up session metadata (every 4 hours).
Do i need the Session Data Purge - task of Joomla core that is enabled by default?

The Session Data Purge was added in Joomla 14 years after we first implemented the Clean Up Session Metadata code in Admin Tools. It does the same thing as our code. You can use one or the other; it doesn't matter which one, since both call the same Joomla core API.
