Hi There

I have been having an issue with a third party extension - Event Gallery, with images suddenly becoming not visible.

The developer states : (component)image.php is not executable. And suggests it is a server issue which would be surprising because the extension has worked well for some time and is also working well on another website on the same server. Before I contact the host - is it possible that admin tools website firewall is causing this which is the only change AND the only difference between the two websites, the other not running Admin Tools. Where can I check please?

Hello,

most likely you have to create an exception inside the Htaccess Maker so allow direct access to that file. Please take a look at this page of the docs: https://www.akeeba.com/documentation/admin-tools-joomla/server-protection.html#determine-required-exceptions
