Hi
When I run the Quick Setup Wizard for the first time I did not fill in the Password-protect Administrator field. Can I add Password-protect Administrator somehow without causing a problem?

Yes, of course. None of the Quick Setup Wizard options are unique to the wizard.
The feature you are looking for can be accessed through the Password-protect Administrator icon in the Admin Tools main page. It's towards the very top.
