I am running Akeeba Backup on 2 sites. Both are hosted on the same AWS site, sharing the same CPANEL, using 2 different file folders and 2 different mysql databases and joomla instances.
When i run a backup; on the first site, it runs okay (but seems slow)
When i run it on the other (copy) of it , it fails after running for 20 minutes.
The system simply says "wait it will start again" and then it fails.
You are asking for support to Akeeba Backup, but you do not have a subscription to the product you are requesting support for.
