I have not been able to get support for one of my Joomla components, Quix, to login to the administrative area of my site, ccorch.org. After many failed attempts I finally realized that the Akeeba Tools "Temporary Super Users" tool might help solve the issue. I therefore used it to create a temporary super user but forgot to correct the user's email address before saving it which resulted in an error message but apparently a correctly created super user. Since I've never used this Admin Tool before I decided to just delete the temporary user and rerun the tool to see the changes in credentials on the repeat execution before entering the 2FA Email address and saving. However when I ran the tool a 2nd time it came back with unusable parameters as shown in the attached screenshot.
I thought there was a special area in your form for login credentials but I'm not seeing that now.
