Hi,

I can no longer add a comment to a scan item. This worked fine until just before the update from Joomla 4 to 5. After the update, going to administrator/index.php?option=com_admintools&view=scans and clicking on the date of an item gives the screenshot attached.

It looks like you may have a problem with the editor plugin you're using in Joomla!, or you just need to clear the browser's cache

The dev site I use to test issue reports like this - like I just did - started its life as a Joomla! 1.7 site back in the day, then got upgraded to each subsequent Joomla! version all the way to 5.1. I can see the editor just fine, I can write text in it just fine, it's stored in the database just fine, and is displayed (and able to be edited) just fine.

Indeed this has nothing to do with your products. My editor was fine too, though. Clearing cache didn't help either. After changing the Default Editor in the Global Configuraton to "Editor - None" and then back to "Editor - TinyMCE", it magically worked again.

Thanks for the swift reply. Hadn't cleared the cache before (I really should learn to do this as a reflex action), and while I was at it, I thought of swapping editors to see what worked.
